Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Planmany mobil ve web uygulamasının hangi verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Planmany, bir bireysel geliştirici tarafından sunulan kişisel ve küçük işletme finans takip uygulamasıdır. Uygulama kullanım için hesap oluşturma veya kayıt gerektirmez.
Girdiğiniz tüm finansal veriler (işlemler, kategoriler, bütçe limitleri, aile üyesi bilgileri, şirket belgeleri) yalnızca cihazınızın yerel depolamasında (localStorage) saklanır. Bu veriler, siz aile paylaşımı özelliğini açıkça etkinleştirmediğiniz sürece bizim veya başka bir sunucuya gönderilmez, satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz.

Hiçbir izin, arka planda veya bu izinlerin bağlı olduğu özellik dışında bir amaçla kullanılmaz.
Fiş/fatura/kredi takvimi görsellerini veya sesli not metnini yapay zeka ile analiz etmek isterseniz, Profil ekranından kendi Anthropic (Claude) API anahtarınızı girmeniz gerekir. Bu durumda ilgili görüntü/metin, analiz için doğrudan cihazınızdan Anthropic'in sunucularına gönderilir; bizim sunucumuza uğramaz ve tarafımızca saklanmaz. API anahtarı girmezseniz bu özellik yalnızca örnek/demo veriyle çalışır ve hiçbir veri hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

Uygulamada şu an için yalnızca ayrılmış tek bir reklam alanı bulunur ve aktif bir reklam ağı entegre edilmemiştir. Bir reklam ağı entegre edildiğinde bu politika güncellenecek ve ilgili ağın kendi veri toplama uygulamaları burada listelenecektir.
Kullanıcı verilerini hiçbir şekilde satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz veya pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz. Veri, yalnızca bu politikada açıkça belirtilen amaçlar ve servisler için, ilgili özelliği etkinleştirdiğinizde işlenir.
Planmany bir hesap/kayıt sistemi kullanmaz; bu nedenle sunucu tarafında sizinle ilişkilendirilmiş bir kullanıcı profili tutulmaz. Tüm veriler cihazınızda kaldığı için saklama süresi tamamen sizin kontrolünüzdedir.
Planmany, kendi mali verilerini girme konusunda yasal yetkiye sahip yetişkinler için tasarlanmıştır. Uygulama, ilk kullanımda kullanıcının 18 yaş ve üzerinde olduğunu beyan ettiği bir onay ekranı içerir. 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.
Profil ekranındaki "Çıkış yap" seçeneği, cihazınızdaki tüm yerel verileri temizler. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırmak (silmek) de aynı sonucu verir. Aile paylaşımı özelliğiyle paylaştığınız verilerin silinmesi için aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

This Privacy Policy explains what data the Planmany app processes and how. Planmany is a personal and small-business finance tracking app made by an individual developer. The app does not require creating an account or registering to use it.
All financial data you enter (transactions, categories, budget limits, family member info, company documents) is stored only in your device's local storage. This data is never sent to our servers or any other server unless you explicitly enable family sharing, and it is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.

No permission is used in the background or for any purpose beyond the feature it's tied to.
If you want to analyze receipt/invoice/loan-schedule images or voice-note text with AI, you must enter your own Anthropic (Claude) API key in the Profile screen. In that case, the relevant image/text is sent directly from your device to Anthropic's servers for analysis — it is not routed through, or stored on, any server of ours. If you don't enter a key, this feature runs in demo mode only and no data is sent anywhere.

The app currently reserves a single designated ad space with no active ad network integrated. If an ad network is integrated in the future, this policy will be updated to list that network's own data practices.
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only processed for the purposes and services explicitly described in this policy, and only when you use the related feature.
Planmany does not use an account/registration system, so no server-side user profile tied to you is maintained. Since all data stays on your device, retention is entirely under your control.
Planmany is designed for adults who are legally authorized to enter their own financial data. The app includes a consent screen where the user attests to being 18 or older on first use. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
The "Log out" option in the Profile screen clears all local data from your device. Uninstalling the app has the same effect. To request deletion of data shared via the family-sharing feature, please contact us at the email below.
